We planted a garden this year and the kids loved it. I have had a hard time keeping them out of it. They have been so excited about the pumpkins and asking everyday if they could pick them. On Monday they asked and I said yes - they couldn't believe it. We got them all picked and they carried them to the front porch and and lined them up themselves. Sydney was really working hard lifting the pumpkins. There was a lot of grunting.

That is awesome! I wonder if pumpkins would grow in Shelley??? I will have to show this picture to my kids but at the moment they are hypnotized by "Word Girl" (a new fav on PBS)...
